4 week track diary

Track Guide for the next 4 weeks is up. Hybrid of McMillian and Daniels 10k- ½ marathon plans from their mid plan sections and common sense (speed, endurance and race specific stuff) .
Its just a suggestion and its when some of us are at the track and the type of pootling we’ll be doing. As ever it’s a follow if you wish and feel free to ask for help/advice if you want, come down for the company and do your own thing, post alternative sessions and days etc etc. No hill reps for 4 weeks as the main workout as it’s a waste of a dry track..unless it gets flooded then its off to the woods, plus we have a Pairs race in the middle which will take care of hill brutality.
